Great customer service. The fuel system service was done on our vehicle. A problem with the car cooling system was found. Our vehicle warranty was contacted and everything was covered for that repair. Overall they did a great job. Nice waiting area with snacks, coffee, hot chocolate, tea, soda and water. Very knowledgeable staff.

Grant Takikawa and Larry was very helpful and explained everything what I need to know and what was wrong with my car ! I am very satisfied with the service that they have gave me and time to fix my car. I would definitely go back ! Thank you again Grant for all your hard work and thank you for the gift card !

SHOUT OUT to DICKS AUTOMOTIVE!!! Grant & Larry and the crew! I have been going to them for years!!! Today again I proved why! I kept hearing a noise with my brakes. Some of the repairs probably were under warranty. After they checked it out they were going to let me know what I want to do. Fortunately there was nothing wrong and I walked away paying $54.00 (to check it out) rather than going immediately to the dealer and them saying you need new this new that and poof over $1000.00 gone! You see I had that experience before at the dealer...so very gun shy about doing anything at the dealer. This is just my experience! But I wanted a shout out because Dicks Automotive is honest...trustworthy...won't do something unless it needs to be done and do not over charge you!

Agent was not personable at all. Did not explain the $140 charge beforehand. Did not agree with the charge. Had no choice but to pay it for them to release my car.

Robert We don't like when service is not satisfactory. Larry said he explained the initial diagnosis of your vehicle that was towed in. You signed the 140.00 estimate to diagnose your vehicle The charge is the same for all vehicles that have a starting problem. Once the vehicle was diagnosed we called you with a explanation of the problem area. We gave you the estimate cost to repair vehicle. You declined the repairs and came n the next day to pick up vehicle. You didn't ask questions or discuss with us any concerns you had at that time. We strive to be up front with any estimates or invoices and our willing to explain any issues customers may have. We didn't seem to communicate this well to you and hope the next shop you go to for repairs can do this to your satisfaction.
